USE OF MEMBERSHIP
Your Membership is non transferable and
non-refundable. All entrances are recorded and we
use anti leech protection to stop the same login
with differents persons. You can lose your
membership if the program we are aware of
unauthorized use of your Membership.
b)
DEVELOPERS AGREEMENT
If you sell TURNKEY WEBSITES to your clients, you
must sell the package fully-developed and hosted.
A domain name must be registered for each web turnkey package.
If your client have no domain name registered for his turnkey,
he or you should register one. (you can register one here).
The web turnkey package may not be distributed for free. Once
your membership has expired, your license has
also expired. Selling a website to someone else,
does not give them a resell license. They are
allowed to sell their one website, but they are
not given the right to resell the same website content more
than once.
c)
MODIFICATIONS
You are authorized to make any necessary
modification(s) to the TURNKEY WEBITE or SCRIPTS for your own needs.
But we do NOT support turnkey scripts or any other
scripts or contents if modified by someone else except our uandweb programmers.
We provide Free support directly to our members (not your clients) as long your membership still valid.
We DO NOT teach you the "How to design" or/and the "How to code" or/and "How to install" to your or your client page/website.
Installation instruction is include in your download for each turnkey's and scripts.
If you need us to install your program, fees starting at $15.00 for each installation will apply.
Please contact us for estimate.
Thoses services are available at our sister website Uandweb.com Designers on a paid basis. You should fill the form there to request an estimate for work involved.
d)
MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION
Uandweb.net Web membership is valid for 3 months.
After this time, your full membership will be renewed automatically.
If you decide to cancell and not renew your membership,
you will be able to keep your Web Hosting Reseller account for only $9.95/month.
All web sites are saved on another server.
All servers are at least powered on Linux/Unix Pentium core 2 or AMD dual core 64 (min of 2.2MHZ x 2 CPU) - 2 Megs RAM and include anti virus, anti spam, Fantastico and Free scripts, monitoring with auto reboot if somethings goes wrong,
and all features listed here.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
All of the following will be considered unauthorized use and will be a basis for
termination:
1. You can not move web turnkey website products, modified or unmodified on a diskette, CD, into your website, reseller account website or any
other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale unless the websites are fully-developed and hosted with a domain.
2. You can not share your username and password.
We use a double anti-leach program to detect if your password is used on another system.
If you give, trade or sell your membership login, your account will be
automatically disabled by the system and you will have to email us with good reasons why it was de-actived.
3. You can not distribute any products for free.
4. You are allowed to own one Web Hosting Reseller per subscription. You can upgrade your Reseller account at any time.
g) HOSTING
During the life of your membership, you keep your FREE reseller account service.
(WHM and cPanel with Fantastico Deluxe suite included where you can add unlimited domain names (up to your web space) and sell it to your clients
or use it for your personnal usage.)
You can Not use your account for spam and you agree to follow the
terms and services of our Web hosting and Dedicated server providers sister company
Allnet4u.com.
You can keep your free Web Host Reseller account for only $9.95, if later
you decide to cancell your Uandweb.net membership subscription.
You can Upgrade your reseller account at anytime at the fees listed here.
h) COMPATIBILITY SERVERS AND CODING
Our Turnkey Websites and programs can be easily installed on Linux based Server or compatible.
Your Web Host Reseller account include CGI/Perl, PHP and unlimited MySQL databases.
Not recommanded: godaddy.com, yahoo.com, msn.com, or securenet.com hosting and server where the perl files work only in the cgi-bin folder.
